Great place but can be more better. the employees are not very friendly. Everything else is good
You guys I can describe this bar in one word... Wow! We went to the donkey inn on a Wednesday night at 930pm. (Blackout Wednesday was invented in the northwest Chicago suburbs) It was our bartenders first night there.... But I couldn't tell!!! Excellent service, great vibes, incredible music, and the golden tee was on par. I had 4 beautiful perfectly poured pints of Guinness. Will absolutely be back next blackout Wednesday (invented in the northwest Chicago suburbs.) Okay y'all God bless happy thanksgiving and let's go bears MWAH 💋
Awesome place! slider and churros are so delicious. Avocado toast was also good, just needs more avocado and some more seasoning for a better taste. Overall 10/10
Great hometown atmosphere. Very pleasant and friendly environment. It is clean and the food is fantastic! Their specials are excellent as well. Will go back.

Yesterday was my father's Burial at St. Michael's cemetary. We did not make a reservation anywhere because a luncheon was not something in my mind during this time. I called after the service and spoke to a wonderful hostess. I dont remember her name but she was young, beautiful amd amazing!!! When I called she gave a sort of hesitation when I asked her if she could accommodate a party of 20-25. She quickly said " We will make it work for you." I gave her my name and headed over there. She greeted me at the door and showed me to an area that they were able to set up for us. In 15 minutes time she and her crew set up the area. The bar was crowded and the place was hoppin'. (Great atmosphere). They all were amazing, gave their condolences and were very attentive. There were booths that were empty that they said were for walk in patrons.(whIch is great that they think of EVERYONE). They took our orders with such professionalism and was attentive on refills. The cooks were amazing at being able to get the orders out quickly and made perfectly. We ordered everything from sandwiches to ribs and all was cooked perfectly. . To the owners of this establishment!! Your crew was amazing yesterday, we had zero complaints or issues. I will make sure to tell everyone to stop in have a drink and a meal!! There are not many places I can say that went above and beyond without complaining a out the party size last minute. Thank You , Thank You, Thank You!!!!
Karyn was our waitress. Great service!!! She helped me figure out what to order cause there is so many things on the menu!!!! Great music it’s. Loud music which was good. Amazing food. Super crispy tater tots. Great chicken buffalo wrap amazing French dip. Omg try Donkey punch drinks so refreshing. And they are strong.
What an amazing Mother's Day dinner... yes I said that right. It was quiet and quaint and the patio was beautiful. We had 11 people at like 530 and it was perfect timing. Our server was awesome and she truly did a great job with all of the Sally's we bring to the table (bonus points for that reference). The patio was not crowded which we love because of all the kids, and the food was absolutely fabulous! The menu is so large I couldn't believe my eyes. The turkey club was amazing, and the chicken ceasar wrap was sooo good. I felt like there wasn't a bad thing on the menu. My husband also said the French onion soup is to die for but I didn't get to try it...yet. Perfect little neighborhood spot and we will definitely be back!
Great drinks, great Bartender, amazing wings and great breakfast food! Minor update: Jen is the best at the bar! Food is so consistently good, so are the drinks. 10/10.
